Any claim relating to Flooritex.com's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of British Columbia, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Return Policy

It is the responsibility of Flooritex to ensure that materials delivered to our customers gets to the stipulated destination, as shown on our invoice, in good conditions. In case of any visible damages before the materials are delivered to their destination, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the driver describes the damage(s) on the waybill, signs and state the date and the exact time on the waybill as well. Flooritex should be notified about such incident within one business day. Flooritex has the right to ask and be provided with pictures showing the damage(s) on the product(s), pallet, lift or crate. Upon review of all evidence provided to flooritex, flooritex will replace the damaged products, or refund the customer for the damaged products only if convinced by the evidence.  

If the product that was ordered is not the same as the product delivered, flooritex will either refund the customer or replace the products with products the customer orders. Such claim should be reported to flooritex within one business day. Floritex has the right to ask for visual evidence (e.g. pictures), as well as send a representative to inspect and confirm that the product received is not the same as the product ordered. However, it is essentail for the customer to know that variations in shade occur between natural stone tiles as difference in shade will not result in refund or replacenemt of the products. Customers are adviced to order for samples before any purchase. 

If there are hidden damages, flooritex reserves the right to ask for visual evidence (e.g. pictures), as well as send a representative to inspect and confirm that the product(s) is damaged. If Flooritex is convinced, Flooritex will either refund the customer the cost of the damaged product or will replace the product with the same type of product. Customers should report this claim within five business days.

Do not install any damaged product as this will void any claim on them. Consumers are adviced not to schedule for installation until their product(s) arrives.

All warranties are manufacturers warranties only. If the product the customer has ordered is the product they received in terms of colour, size, grade, Flooritex will neither replace the product nor refund the customer.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

• Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
